4. Hardware Builds
- All custom builds are assembled and stress-tested before delivery or collection
- Component prices are based on availability at time of build โ price changes between quote and build date may be passed on if significant, with your agreement
- We provide a 12-month hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, damage from overclocking beyond our configurations, or components damaged by third-party modifications
- Individual components carry their own manufacturer warranties (typically 1โ3 years)
5. Software & Digital Services
- For websites and AI integration projects, the project scope and deliverables are defined in the quotation
- Client-supplied content (text, images, logos) must be provided on time โ delays may affect delivery timelines

- Hosting, domain and third-party tool costs are the client's responsibility unless specifically included in the quotation
6. Delivery & Collection
- Collection is available from our Rochdale base by appointment
- UK delivery is available via tracked courier โ risk passes to you once goods are handed to the courier
- Delivery timelines are estimates โ we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or component availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses (including lost profits or data loss)
